Ordered part 21october online and after long time and many messages to seller I still don't have my order ! Today is 7november !
DPD lost my order and seller can't resolve this from 2 weeks !! Horrible customer service , I will never use this company if need parts for my garage !!!
I am seller and I understand about courier can loose order, but I always try help for my customers when its happen asap!!!
I asked for replacement , I asked where is my order , it is normal situation if courier lost order for customer I doing fast replacement or refund , or i try help asap.
Here I didn't have ANY HELP , just message about he can check this . Really? I sent many emails about I not received my parcel and still don't have any update !!!

Poor Coordination, Lack or Information, When purchasing an item they cannot identify what/how it is, Making the Matters from Bad To Worse,
It's almost as if someone is taking a Piss at you, and they don't want to do their Job, or want to help you with the Matter that you have in hand.
"My Experience with them":
-I had a Broken Timing Belt, and that i wanted to buy a new one from their Store (Bolton Engineering Products Ltd) Online.
I had a few Questions, and i rang them to ask about the Respective item.
What i was Given is not Something Simple Neither Complex. But an Answer that became FROM SIMPLE to utterly COMPLEX. Came to a Conclusion, and ended the call.
Ordered 2 Timing Belts 1760-8M-20 (Size) It's as Simple as it is Written on by the Numbers.*
Package arrived and one was Exact size, the other Wrong size. Ok*, No worries! send the Wrong size Belt Back, and expect a Email/Call/Return/Refund/Exchange back from them.... No Contact what so ever.
When i called today. Not only was i told that The Staff-Person Responsible with The Order was not in, but the Call Receiver from Bolton Engineering Contact was So OFF on Listening, Figuring out on How to Asses the Situation, that it nearly took me as if he was Trying to Pass the time just so that the Job intended for him would become Simpler, by Asking the Question which i Already gave the answers to, Example:
-"What Belt is it / What size is it / order number / Date / Tracking number / Contact the other Employee ?(What you want me to do on this part?!)"
Every Question became from Simple To Down Right Confusing that neither he understood what he was Asking anymore.
I Came to The conclusion that this Staff Employee is Payed too much for his Qualification, and i have to Tell him via the Call, how and what to Do.

IN FINAL.

Used Bolton Engineering Products over the years for many different items from bearings to PPE . Great service every time. Very knowledgeable about a wide range of goods and services they provide. Also handy that you can call in with a part or enquiry and get advice from knowledgeable staff. Delivery times are always stated and well managed.
Will continue to use BEP In the future .

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered 5 x C244 belts as they stated that they were in stock. They took 4 weeks to arrive. The belts were then discovered to be not exactly as I had ordered (6440Li). However, they refuse to accept any responsibility for their mistake and want me to pay a 50% restocking fee. Now , my emails are unanswered. I would never recommend Bolton Engineering. An absolute joke. One star is too much for this crowd.

I cannot recommend as customer service is lacking, I was largely treated as an irritation, no engagement with the issue.

I spent ~£70 on high-end steel NTN bearings which were fitted to my best wheels by my local bike shop. Within just a couple of months the bearings had failed and impossible to turn by hand.

First response from Bolton was just a flat "no issues before" with NTN bearings. Eventually after chasing agreed to send back to NTN and told if found faulty then would refund but "if not that's the end of line". General tone of scepticism throughout.

Told NTN replacing as 'goodwill' gesture (zero recognition of defective product and hassle/cost of getting LBS to fit new bearings). Goodwill replacements never arrived and email enquiry about this wasn't replied to.

Ordered bearings on May 12th website said 2 to 3 days for shipping. May 13th they charged me for the bearings. I emailed them on the 15th, 16th and the 21st. Still no reply, bearings have not shipped!

I found the product I needed very easily and it was very easy to order and pay for my goods. Delivery was fast and goods packed well. Excellent service from Bolton Engineering Products Ltd. Would def use them again.
