One star is one too many, they should have a minus section, as I was minus my order. Paid extra for delivery on daughters birthday. The useless DPD did not leave in my nominated safe place instead took it to a drop off 5 miles away. By which time was closed. Annoyed!!! Have also left similar review on their trust pilot.What use is a 16th balloon, bunting n tiny chocolates the next day ?!! Cost overpriced £30. Rang to complain, told not refundable, well I wont recommend this balloon shop to anyone. Read the reviews, wish I had done so first, as others who also feel ripped off have complained about the same issue.

Absolutely awful company - balloons were meant to arrive on Saturday and by Monday still not here even though we paid an extra £7 for next day delivery. Daughter's birthday and she could not stay another two days to get them (if they arrive) so we will send a photo and that is all she will see. A complete waste of over £40 and they had the cheek to offer me a credit note for £5. If there was a 'no-star' option they would get this!! Avoid at all costs.....

Sent a balloon to my niece and nephew in lockdown. Ordering was easy and I enjoyed being able to add some treats to the box for them to enjoy. The balloon looked good, true to photos. However my sister tells me that it only stayed up for 24h before losing its helium and deflating. I wonder if this is because I received the dispatch email a few days before the balloon was actually due to arrive, meaning some of its 'lifespan' of being inflated was spent in the box!
While everything else about the order was straightforward and good, I think that the very short lifespan would put me off ordering again (unless this was just an unfortunate one off?)

I ordered a helium balloon to celebrate my friend’s son’s 21st. I paid the extra £7 to ensure it arrived on the specified date. ( the order was placed 5 days before required.) Four days later,and it still hasn’t arrived. Completely pointless now,and obviously it won’t be doing much popping out of the box,as it seems to have been sent round the planet.
Their only solution was that I should tell Jack not to accept it(forget the surprise,then)when it arrived,and I would then get a refund. Not otherwise. As if I would say that to him. Completely useless.
The sadness is,I’d hoped to give him a cheer up as his grandad’s funeral had just taken place.

The quality and service is fantastic the balloons are 5 weeks old and still going strong .the website was easy to use and the huge box that it arrived in made it extra special. We ordered from Australia and it was delivered on time no stress or worries . I would recommend anyone from overseas to use this company I know we will be using it again .

I ordered about a week in advance from the USA; a small cluster of balloons with some chocolates for my son's 18th birthday, to be delivered in the UK. These 4 balloons were as tall has him! It really surprised him and made his Covid 18th birthday a bit more fun. When I ordered I had a confirmation email that reminded me I would hear from the company just before they shipped. The shipping email came in under a different heading and I didn't know it was the balloon shipment and got worried, but for no reason. In fact 2 emails were in my inbox that they balloons were prepared for shipping and another that they had shipped. Then the night before delivery another email notifying us of the window of time. Great Quality and my son is really happy with them... I mean... you performed a miracle by making an 18year old smile!

Absolutely rip off! I purchased a giant balloon for fathers day. When it arrived it was the size of a standard balloon you buy from the Card Factory for £2.99, I paid £24.00! It didn't even have the free confectionery that was supposed to come with it. The box was damaged, packaging awful. Please do not waste your money and use this company.
