We had a bouquet organised for the recent funeral of Mum, aged 87. I spoke with the owner who gave advice and we agreed what was wished for. The shop dealt with everything and delivered the bouquet to the Funeral Director, East of England Co-op in Dereham, personally and WOW, stunning. The flowers received so many lovely comments. I initially gave 2 stars because they were delivered on time, but was very disappointed with the flower arrangement. I certainly don’t expect it to be exactly as the picture on the website, but I’ve never had anything so far from it! Would not have recommended. However…..

Update- very quick response from Claire who was willing to rectify the problem. Excellent customer service! Also, to note, whilst the arrangement was not what I wanted/expected the flowers were very
nice!

ANOTHER UPDATE- The professionalism and great customer service shown by Claire has prompted me to change my review from 2 stars to 5. True to her word, she rectified my disappointment by sending another vase of flowers, almost exactly what I had expected when first ordering. Not only that, they were delivered the very next day! It’s not often you see businesses really care about the customer, and go above and beyond, the way Claire did!!! (Especially as I was ordering from overseas!) Would highly recommend!!
