Where do I start! It was pure luck or fate that I found Lisa. I was in my friend's car and had literally just said to him I needed to find someone to do the decorations for my parents Ruby wedding anniversary party I was planing, when we ended up behind Lisa’s van! We both looked at each other and I took a quick photo of her information. I contacted Lisa the next day and she got back to me straight away. She took some details of the party and the colour scheme and then gave me a few ideas.
I would 100% use Lisa again and I shall be recommending her to my friends. Lisa caters to everyone’s budget and is so friendly. The shimmer wall and balloon arch were the talk of the party. Thank you Lisa you are a very talented lady.x

Fabulous birthday balloon from Lisa for my baby’s first birthday. She can basically do anything you’d like! And was full of ideas (I wasn’t sure what I wanted) and double checked the details with me. Lovely lady, quick service and reasonably priced. Really pleased to have found her. Thanks Lisa!

I contacted Lisa last minute as I found her on a google search. Lisa was able to advise me on a balloon design and stay within my budget whilst also being able to deliver the next day even though Lisa had a wedding to decorate! Where do I even start?! Contacted Lisa mid morning on a Saturday in the hope she might be able to deliver some balloons early the next week. A couple of emails later she was making them and delivered them that evening! Not only that, she went to the extra effort of tweaking and improving the design, and buying a card for the recipient and writing it out for us. Honestly couldn't be happier. Remember when customer service and pride in the job was important? It still is here. Thank you!

Lisa did me a wonderful present for my daughter from a distance. We got a balloons in balloons choice with message and a smaller one for the child in the house. She replied quickly to all communication and messaged me after delivery......highly recommend
