Food absolute disgusting, kitchen in a terrible state. Zero organisation skills. Used for a charity event at the york race course. They need their standards checking. Made an absolute fortune on the bar and food but made zero contribution to the charity that actually made them that money. Greedy and poor.

My experience was as an "employee" several years ago. Like much of the hospitality industry 99% were untrained young people and worked hard. Those that did have experience were often rude and aggressive to young staff.
The company knew it was likely staff would not want to return after a day's work at an event and had an extremely questionable practice of not paying unless you made it to the last day of the event. Therefore exploiting free labour from those that couldn't or didn't want to.

I now own a successful catering business and know it is not difficult to reward and respect your staff for their work.

You really need to watch what you eat from this company! Disgusting kitchens, no food hygiene at all shouldn't be on the market.
