I have ordered 50 mugs (two different orders) and I was amazed by the quality of the printing. It seems the printing to be inside the mug which gives an excellent feeling of professionalism. I use one of these mugs daily and it is in an excellent condition. The material is really nice and can be easily washed with both cold or hot water without affecting the printing.

ordered a printed mug - used my own design. It was very late to come to me - almost a month (Ordered on 1st of December, got it on 27th, ish). All my emails were simply ignored when I tried to contact them to get my order tracked dawn.
After I finally received it - washing it with cold water made the mug to crack! (Mug was not hot! As I have been suggested by seller) since when mugs are not allowed to get wet?!
So I wrote another email with some pictures of mug attached and I got an answer (finally!), but I was accused for dropping the pore thing 🙁
I got an offer to pay for a postage and get another mug printed for free, but I said it does not feel right and asked how much is postage - they ignored me again!(after writing this review I got an email with a price, which was quite low. Explanation about ignored emails - the company was on holiday. Fair enough, but auto-reply would help).

quality of the print was not too bad, but could have been better, though.

Only the ones who do nothing - makes no mistakes.
It is a good thing that Chorley print is trying to sort the misunderstanding. I just might be too picky.

I would recommend Chorley Print/ Lumen Creative to anyone thinking of having mugs printed either as a one off or large batches. I have ordered numerous times and had no problems whatsoever and if I have any queries for special orders we work together to get the best results. As far as I'm concern I wouldn't use anyone else EVER!
