Nice cinema, I would say that the loos need refurbishment as they’re very tired looking, but clean enough. Free parking is a bonus and a great selection of snacks. If you’re going to visit, bring a blanket as it can get pretty cold in the cinema - not great for a 3hr film!

Having booked the wrong date for two tickets, I was then directed to an assistant whom I thought would amend my booking. Instead, he charged me for a new booking; that was on 28 January and I have not been refunded. Surely it would have been simpler to amend my booking without a second payment? The initial fault was mine, but I have no,, in effect, paid just under £50 for two seniors seats. The auditorium was virtually empty so a bit of common sense could have been applied by the staff. The advertised telephone line is defunct; emails are ignored and on two visits, admittedly before 1300, the cinema was closed. Poor service.

Saw two films here. One film the screen was damaged (so a large bend in the top right corner of the picture), and both sound systems were quite disappointing - certainly some of the worst I have heard in a Cineworld (saw a musical and a recorded concert, so sound is the main part). Snack selection is good.

Went on a Sunday to take advantage of the current £10 combo deal which is great value. Staff are very good, friendly and helpful… cinema is rarely busy and reasonably clean with free parking outside. A few chain restaurants next door. Biggest problem - FREEZING cold. It was 19 degrees outside so no need for coats and warm clothing but inside an absolute ice box, one person left mid film to get a jumper out the car. I seemed to be sat under a vent that just constantly blasted ice cold air. It must be costing a lot of money to run the air conditioning like that!? Brrrr … will take gloves, coat & blanket next time!

Screen 5, lots of leg room, seats slightly recline and comfortable, clean, volume at a good level. Only downside was it started to get cold in the room about half way through the film.

Experienced extremely rude staff last night , having been a cineworld member for over 10 years. The management need to have a serious word with themselves and staff about how they treat there customers . Not surprised the place is practically empty

Fairly comfortable, just need a small mortgage to go in and have popcorn and a drink... film was good though
