Ordered once and received my order everything was fine, ordered again a few weeks ago in time for a set up i had, the balloons never arrived. Sent an email to which i got a response the next day, i replied again same day and had no reply… sent another 2 follow up emails and still had no response £60 down on an order i didnt receive! Gutted, wont be using them again, the lack of customer service/communication speaks for itself..

Shocking customer service, do not answer phones or emails. I am owed money for returned cylinders which I see from Trustpilot I am not the only customer experiencing these issues. To ignore customers is very infuriating we are a small business and we cannot afford to loose money, to keep it from their customers is theft!!
I will NEVER use this company again,
If you are experiencing issues then just do the decent thing and be upfront and speak - reply to customers, people get angry when they are ignored !

I have ordered twice from this company. Customer service is excellent, they keep you up to date by email every step of the way. Fast delivery and excellent quality products. Highly recommended!

I have never had such terrible customer service. Paid extra for next day delivery and didn't receive the item or any update 2 days later. After calling to find out what was happening I was very rudely spoken to and told I was wrong to expect them to be able to offer customer service over the phone and that customer issues were only dealt with via email. When I said I wanted to lodge a complaint and asked for the persons name I was hung up on! Shocking service and I will never use them again.

Sadly didn’t have all products in stock. Would have been useful to have seen that they were out of stock rather than to be told by an email after my money was pending. The email I received was not clear from the strap line that I needed to make any changes and thought it was a notification that my payment had gone through.

Prices seem good but they first accepted the order and then cancelled it because it's one of the companies that, even though it's 2021 and I can get goods delivered from China for cheap in a few days, treats the Isle of Man like it's some foreign country that they can't deliver to. I'm so sick and tired of companies doing this. Postage rates are the same to here as anywhere else.

My experience with click4 is turning into a real battle.

Firstly the helium gas I’d arranged to collect was not possible as the agent was closed on arrival, contrary to their opening times. I then had to source gas from an alternative supplier which cost more money. I then contacted customer support by email. 3 days on and I’m still waiting for a response.

My next option was to speak to customer support via the phone. I explained my issue and was told that click4 are well aware that certain agents are incredibly unreliable, so why continue to use them?
I was told I’d receive a call back regarding a refund. This didn’t happen either, so I am still currently £79.00 out of pocket.

I have again tried to call customer support, but after being in a cue for 15 minutes, I hung up.

This isn’t so much about the money, but more about the lack of customer service.
I really don’t want to involve trading standards, but if necessary, I will do exactly that.
