Absolutely terrible place to book !!
Never again !!
Booked this place for my nephews wedding event
Don't know where to start
Welcome drinks where not set out even thought we had to tell someone like 10 times
The venue did not set up any savouries even though we where told not to worry and they will get it sorted, we even supplied the savouries which where left under a table In a carrier bag , the staff had really bad attitude and had no respect for the elderly.

Service / food
Who ever organised the service needs replacing as is not suitable for the Job, tables where set in seats of 10 and and when the food arrived they technically catered for 3 per table? Sent small portions one thing at a time
Chanaa and halwa was given for 3 people and puri was provided 20 mins later
Starters come in a tray and again 3 per piece on a table of 10 - I don't know what the kitchen staff where thinking ?
It took the staff 10-15 to refill one thing and left alot of guests looking at faces while waiting for food, absolutely disgusting serving provided by this place ! Even though the food didn't come out in the correct manner or time it was cold ! Not one thing come out warm and when guests asked the staff to warm the food, they staff showed alot of attitude.
When we approached the management regarding the matter, the so-called manager was blaming another manager who was not even present
Towards the end of the event the manager said there is alot of food left over and we have packed it up, if there was food left over why where the guests no fed properly ?
Ownership needs to look into the above and take some sort of action.
I would not recommend this place to anyone

Decent wedding hall. Parking is round the corner half way down the street for about 15 cars. Prayer room used as a storage place and light didn't work, typical of the Dunya chasers.

I had the pleasure of attending my brother-in-law's sister's wedding at this amazing venue, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped onto the grounds, we were greeted with wonderful service and a stunning atmosphere that set the tone for a great day. What truly stood out was the exceptional level of service we received throughout the event. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the wedding ran seamlessly. We hosted a Mehndi event here. on 21st July for approximately 150 Guests. This is Bradford's best kept secret for all types of functions bar none.
A wonderful decorated venue with 2x halls
The food was outstanding quality, prepared and cooked in-house and served by a team of proffesional female staff.
Nothing was too much trouble for the waitresses and management team. All our guests commented with a big positive plus. Excellent venue I cannot praise enough highly recommended you will not dissapointed

First and Foremost and absolute massive thanks to Arfan bhai (legend)

Amazing venue, management and food.

1. Venue was as described and agreed a great place and has great features and characters, clean tidy and up to date.

2. Management looked after us as promised and in communication throughout booking all the way until we left (Arfan) wasn’t chasing money, in fact it was me wanting to pay him all upfront.

3. Food was a massive 10/10, we upgraded to haddock and it was fresh haddock and on point. kebabs and drumstick fresh and hot

The pliau rice was soft and contained lots of boneless meat.

Meat curry absolute banging, not too spiced for kids and not oiled up like the Middle East

Chicken curry tasted like home style chicken masala, thick gravy with chunky bits of chicken and not squashed pieces

Gajar Halwa was as good as any, containing good amounts of nuts and actually tasted of old skool gajar halwa not just sweet sugar.

I asked Arfan I wanted a lamb leg in bed of rice from my friends restaurant (Bab Tooma) he said he was more than happy to accompany and he did as promised, presented it gloriously and emphasised on the show piece and didn’t mind one bit, absolute gentleman.

Served on time and piping hot.

Nikkah ceremony set up was beautiful and elegant and he helped with Qawaal set up.

He was there all night coming to me rather me chasing him and always asked with a smile if he can help anymore.

Although the person takes some time to reply to questions and queries I always thought the wedding we had arranged was going to go downhill and it'd be the worst day ever but I was wrong. Irfan did everything he could and made the event a huge success. Great food, good service with everything on time even allowing us to bring certain things ourselves like welcome signs, cakes etc. I'd say worst thing about the venue is the toilets they need refurbishing and have a dirty smell to them. But other than that a solid 10/10 to say we booked 4 weeks before and he managed to secure us everything.

Beautiful hall and presentation was great.
However, I was not happy at all with the service we were promised.
There is limited parking. The grooms side of the family received a ticket on all the cars. We were promised that a waiter would stand next to the dessert table as they were meant to be eaten after the food had been served but no waiter was stood there and all desserts were gone before the groom made his entrance. The DJ made announcements late and was very quiet. I suggest booking your own DJ. They started to switch the lights off because we went a bit over time which was very annoying.
The manager himself wasn’t there so things didn’t go as was said which is very poor from their side.
