Very unhelpful costumer service.. store expositor and manager are not able to do their job properly.
They refused to sell me the product with the exposed price.
The whole shelf was on sale and they refused me to sell the product for the price shown…

Good selection of foodstuffs. More expensive than supermarkets but good quality food. Post Office attached to business is an asset. Cash from UK banks can be withdrawn inside building only from Post Office. Excellent Co-op staff during normal daytime working hours.

The Post Office attached to the Co-Op is abysmal. Always massive queues and only ever one resentful member of staff behind the counter. Walked out today after 30 minutes queuing when the miserable lady with black hair who was serving disappeared out the back.

Good variety of fresh fruit and veg and meat. A great frozen meal deal for £5 instead of £13 consists of 25 chicken nuggets, 1 pk onion rings, 1pkt potato dippers, 1 box garlic bread and a tub of Oreo ice cream. Clean store with good size aisles for social distancing unlike the coop in West St.Helen St.

While in a long que  (due to social distancing in place) for post office inside this Co-op, suddenly an elderly lady with Co-op uniform approaching and  asked me to wait and queing outside. I didn't mind at all, as the dark cloud  turning better and breathing using N95 mask feel lighter outside anyway. It was pretty quick the que clear up and I can get back and this time straight in post office area.  While waiting to be served, I saw a big bloke, without mask, standing at the same spot  before I was asked to wait outside. Surprisingly,  the same lady saw him,  walking next to him and did not do anything. It make me smile and smile under the mask.
Oh.... I forgot to mention, the big bloke is white, while I am not

No postal services available after the dedicated post office counter closes at 5:30pm. Don't waste your time and just go to the Coop at West St. Helen Street, the staff there knows how to operate the post office terminal.
The food choices are good and staff is always in a good mood. Sometimes there are queues but usually they open another till pretty quickly.

I went this morning to get some baguette, i do like them to be hot so i try to take them from the back of the shelves because it was more hotter but the lady who was putting the bread was very rude and keep telling me which bread to get . Very disappointed because i do shopping in there but i don't know if i will coming back. And just to let you know tjis is not the first time when i have an arguments with this lady.

Popped in today after picking my children up from school, I used to live round the corner so this was my local shop....glad it's not anymore...the one way system they have seems ok but means you are having to go back on yourself more than once and meaning you are still walking to close to people. I went to the till to pay, and was completely ignored by 1 member of staff, she just walked away once she'd finished serving the previous customer, I then went to another till, he saw what happened, i was offered no apology, he didnt actually speak to me at all, just told me how much my shopping was, while talking to other staff, I had barely paid before he had walked away, i was offered no bag, no receipt, nothing.
