There isn’t anything we disliked about the property, easy to find, beautifully maintained gardens and buildings! Great water pressure and temperature, well equipped kitchen with everything you will need to cook meals! Extremely comfortable bed! The welcome basket is a lovely touch (the eggs were delicious!) came for valentines and they had put up some heart banners was very sweet and massively appreciated! Will be recommending to family and friends as we live locally especially for somewhere with a hot tub, great value for money!

We stayed in „The Nook” for six nights. The WebPage pointed out that the room was “cosy”. It was positive surprise to find a decent sized room. The ensuite was larger than many B&Bs we stayed at. The shower was powerful and hot, nothing left to be desired. There was a well-stocked kitchenette. We were lucky to enjoyed good weather during our stay, so we could make the most of the little patio area. We had a wonderful view onto a pond, a moor hen with chicks were our constant companion and one evening, three partridges came to visit. It’s a very idyllic spot just outside of Norwich.|The breakfast was very good. The croissants were absolutely excellent. You had a wide choice of cooked breakfast options, which were all very delicious. The hosts, Phil and Jill, were very helpful and knowledgeable. |I would definitely recommend a stay at this place. You just need to be aware that the telephone reception is patchy at best, but that’s nothing the wonderful hosts can do about. Besides, it might help to get away from it all.

We came to stay for a long weekend as we wanted to explore the Norfolk Broads, Cotenham Barn is perfectly situated as it is close to the Broads but close to other places of interest. We were staying in the Long Barn which was spotless and had everything you needed to make the stay as comfortable as possible. We really enjoyed having the luxury of a hot tub which we used one evening. The place is so peaceful. Jill and Phil are great hosts, so welcoming and accommodating.|we would definitely return and recommend to anyone that is visiting the Broads.

Brother booked all available rooms for family and friends to attend wedding nearby. Large breakfast room allowed for all of us to have breakfast together, but we could have self catered. Hosts are welcoming, and very professional. Roo. S are comfortable and spotless, gardens are immaculate. Breakfast is the sort of treat you want when you stay away from home. If you live in the city you may have to get used to dawn chorus especially pheasants. Would visit again should I return to Norfolk.

Amazing place, incredibly well located. Stunning room, lovely property, gorgeous area. We stayed in the Nook, which is a delightful, well equipped, room that overlooks the pond. Breakfast was stellar, and the Bread and Eggs provided were phenomenal, as was the coffee. All in all, unimprovable. The people who run the Barn are very nice too.

Walkable to the fantastic Broads village of Ranworth, and very well located for visits to the rest of Norfolk.

What a delightful, peaceful place to stay. We stayed in the garden barn and it had everything you could possibly want. Bed so comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and great bathroom. Spent much time in the hot tub which is shared with one other barn but we had it to ourselves while we stayed. Phil and Jill the hosts were very friendly, made recommendations for restaurants and shops and always asked how our day had been when we returned. We booked this short stay to switch off from a busy life and we were able to do this in the wonderful gardens and outside area at Cotenham. We will certainly be visiting again in the future.

Enjoyed a lovely stay here for 4 nights. Stayed in the Long Barn . It was clean and comfortable. Furnishings are great , beds comfy and kitchen has everything you could need albeit my wife missed having her morning Nespresso coffee ! Bathrooms were super clean and the supplied linens great quality . The gardens here are really well landscaped and a very relaxing environment to sit in . The hot tub was good to have access to. There are great walks nearby and we walked to Ranworth daily along a path behind the barn. Jill and Phil are great hosts . We would definitely stay again in future .

We really loved our stay in the nook. The area is beautiful with lovely walks to a nearby broad with a beautiful church you can climb loads of birds to watch, fantastic breakfast with a really friendly and nice host. The only thing is on our first night at the nook there was a bit of an issue with sound proofing from the neighbours side.
