Friendly service. Uniform always decent quality and they usually have a few spares in stock. Online ordering system is old fashioned but works OK. I wish the opening hours were friendlier for parents who work. It leaves Saturday morning before 1.30pm as the only option. Parking in the small, cramped carpark outside can be an issue. Huge queues in summer, despite an appointment booking system, but out of peak times you can usually get served straight away.

You would hope that, being the single supplier for many years for all the local schools, they would be efficient and well run. Every year we’ve had to deal with them they have managed to show just how much they know they have a monopoly - always out of stock of key items, often don't have new stock ready for the start of term or to pick up during the holidays and provide items that aren’t complete. But there’s chuff all you can do about it. No one else sells what you need so make sure you anticipate what you need well in advance. This morning…are you sure you ordered it? Are you sure you picked x school? Much searching around. Oh here it is in this big cardboard box of orders!!! Somehow it’s always the schools fault, or yours.

Parking isn't good. Service is friendly and helpful. Always long queues at peak times near start of term. Not in a great location, considering all the schools it serves. Ordering system is clunky and old fashioned. Opening hours too limited. It closes early on a Saturday so if you work in the week Saturday morning's your only chance.

Avoid in September, it's busy like a music festival, and avoid in October, as it's emptied after the September festival, and takes the 4-5 weeks to get the uniforms ready

Great service when ever I go in for my children's uniform. The staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help you get your child all kitted out for school. In the past I have had to order a couple of bits in due to selling out in a few sizes, but it didn't take long for the clothing to come in and they called me as soon as was ready for collection. It's fairly priced and the quality of clothing is very good. There is limited parking out the front of the shop
