I pop into Curry's occasionally to see what tech is available. However... i went in last week to try and get a TV demo because I'm currently looking for an upgrade. What a complete sham... the tech couldn't even manage to get the sound bar working! Really Currys... you need to make sure EVERYTHING you have on show is working and that your tech support people are adequately trained... Needless to say....I will not be coming back any time soon....

I recently visited Curry’s in Andover and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by the staff, particularly a young gentleman with brown hair who assisted me during my visit on Sunday, 12th May 2024. Sorry I didn’t catch your name.

Upon entering the store, the young gentleman warmly greeted me and promptly offered his assistance. He guided me to the aisle where the item I was looking for was located and patiently explained the differences between a couple of options, allowing me to make an informed decision. His kindness and willingness to help were truly commendable.

Furthermore, I had a few questions regarding a previous purchase, and the rest of the staff were equally accommodating and very knowledgeable, addressing my inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
My experience at Curry’s Andover was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by the staff. I highly recommend this store to anyone seeking quality products and knowledgeable, excellent service.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Went in with my father to buy a washing machine. Hakan was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Swiftly sorted what we needed and very sympathetic to issues were having with the Salisbury store. 10/10 a real asset to your company.

Paid extra for an item to be delivered at a certain time and date (was refunded eventually).. delivery driver never came at that time. Called Currys to be told item won't be delivered today 🤬 was told to call them back the next day to arrange another delivery. Then at 15.00 on the delivery day, the driver calls me, he has my dishwasher, totally confused! Not a great service Currys

Looking to spend up to £1000 on a TV. Tried looking at the detailed specs on each TV but the screen changes too quick. Tried scanning the QR code but no phone signal or WiFi in the building.

Waited 15mins to be seen and then it transpired that the TV wasn’t in stock. Really need to sort the issues out.

No wonder shops are closing. I went home and purchased online instead from another provider.

This is the first time I've had issue's with curry's.
I'm finding new ways of paying difficult so went in store.
The first young man was helpful but was sent off and I was left with someone not so helpful.
I had questions to ask but he kept dealing with other customers.
His excuse was, he isn't allowed to help with bank details. I didn't want help with my bank details, I wanted help with an app and to understand the new way of paying.
I thought you dealt with one customer at a time, no matter how busy the floor is.
This has put me off using curry's again.
I used them for their excellent customer service.
Maybe he was having a bad day

Time wasted !
Bought products online Friday afternoon with a gift card by Friday night they took my money from the gift card cancelled my order even through they said in email no money was taken, called and called the ONLY resolution offered by multiple people (even they had ALREADY TAKEN MY MONEY) was that even though they had similar products I was interested in I had to wait until when the money goes back to the gift card, and this evening was when I received back funds to gift card, I then visited a branch physically this time, now Black Friday sale is basically over and similar products I could have purchased over the weekend if they didn’t take my money, they are all sold out and nearest store by time I got money back only had 1 product which was miles away which is not a guarantee that I would get when I arrive as may be sold by then. Why do you take people money without a guarantee of them getting the products? If products are subjected to availability and someone buys for pick up if you don’t have a modern system to update stock and hold products for collection since YOU WOULD HAVE ALREADY TAKEN THE BUYERS MONEY, then STOP TAKING PEOPLE MONEY AND CANCELLING THEIR ORDERS! Now I will now have to return this gift card cause it doesn’t make sense anymore, total waste of time total waste of time.

PS: I made a review over weekend on trust pilot and they responded that I should email them which I did and no response from that email even now! And now left with no products and having to return gift card. Such a waste!
