I have been ordering with CustomBella for the past 3 years. I have dealt mainly with Julie who has been so helpful. From the first order of sending my design & exact font from my logo, to choosing colours and exactly where I want the logo. Follow on orders have been taken care of with both speed and efficiency.
I have ordered embroidered aprons, sweatshirts and chef’s hats and all have been of fantastic quality. You will not be disappointed.

Maybe small orders are not part of their service. Guess that's why my order was put aside for a week without notice. There were plenty of misunderstood emails and phone calls. I got my order eventually, although not what I wanted.
During the process, I had to come up with solutions, not them, I had to compromise, not them, although I haven't asked something out of this world crazy. Also, I have never been notified that the colour I ordered is custom, and it would take longer, just the repeated information in the email, that they are happy to give a refund and cancel. What a service.
I thought the Chef jacket would be embroidered, not printed. They ignored the screenshot, too, regarding the font style. So, I'm not ordering again, and I'll make sure my company won't either. Low quality product, bad communication in general.
The last lady I dealt with was lovely, but the majority was unhelpful.

Update: please do not lie how I was informed about everything, I am more than happy to share screenshots. There's no saving this.
