Customer service is atrocious! High price for half dead roses then when I ask how much the Bouquet will be after seeing how small the bunch was, I was met with a very angry response. You know how much they are why are you asking? Why are you being rude. All I did was ask the price haha I immediately left the shop and I definitely will not be back.

I needed last minute bridal bouquet for my wedding and the lady in the store (I didn't get her name) promptly worked on the flowers and within 1 hour I had a bouquet ready which my now wife loved. Many thanks for being so accommodating.

I recently lost my missus just before Christmas and was told by the funeral directors to go to petals in Walton on Thames, they were useless and told me to go somewhere else as they were going on there Christmas holidays and could not help me. I then tried Dandinis in Weybridge and they on the other hand were unbelievable when it came to customer service, they came in over their Christmas holidays and got everything I needed sorted so we could have the funeral on the 2nd January.
I cannot praise or thank Dandinis enough for their compassion and help in my time of grief. Thank you so much, I will recommend you to everyone x

Had never used this florists before but was recommended by a friend, so I ordered a few bouquets from here. When I arrived to collect I was greeted with the most beautiful bouquets I’ve ever seen. Absolutely loved them and looked much more expensive then what I had paid. The customer service was amazing and they couldn’t have done anymore if they tried. One bunch was for my gran who was sick and the lovely lady added some extra touches. Would deffo recommend this shop to anyone.
