SO HAPPY! I tried so many local places before going online but these were so FAST & CHEAPEST with no compromise on quality or customer service.

I accidentally didn't select priority delivery & after speaking to their customer service they bumped me up to next day shipping for no extra fee so it would arrive just in time.

It was so quick and so easy. I would use them again & again.

Only thing is if you aren't a graphic designer & there's a typo in your graphics or anything there isn't a proofing option so be sure that your design is 1000% correct because there's no going back.

So so so happy with my prints! I just needed something fast and reasonably priced and Digital Printing UK delivered on all fronts. My package was tracked as well and arrived when it said it would with DPD within the stated time frame. Brilliant. Can't say enough nice words about them.

We've ordered business cards 3 times now from Digital Printing, and every time they have done a great job. The cards arrive in a plastic box to protect them and the print is perfect. We're happy with the service and will be using them again when we need more.

Our previous orders even had QR codes and photographs on them, and they came out perfectly.

Great, until they're not. On the checkout for Digital Printing there is an option to pay more for a swifter delivery and you can then select a day for delivery. There is no asterix or mention of any kind that this isn't a guaranteed date, yet they are happy to charge you and lead you to believe it's a guaranteed date.

It's important to note that I had placed the order only because this option was available - I needed the printing for a specific event. The printing was branded for the event and therefore completely useless after the event. I spoke with customer service to explain the situation and ask for a refund of the full order as a matter of principle (it wasn't a huge amount of money), but they were disinterested. I asked for the case to be escalated and I received a phone call from someone else who was also disinterested in my request for a refund on the order. They offered to refund the additional money we had paid for the swift delivery, but I refused that. I explained how misleading the checkout is and for that alone, for their reputation's sake, they should refund my order and add an asterisk to the checkout so that no one else is misled in the future. They refused.

I then got a condescending email that included the following sentence: This, coupled with the information provided on our site (shown in previous emails) and your various order confirmations and tracking over the years leads me to believe that you are indeed aware of this.

I think it's fair to say that the vast majority of people use various checkouts on various websites quite frequently and don't actually think back to previous orders. Instead, they rely on an honest checkout system and follow what's in front of them.

I'm really shocked that the company chose not to refund the order, I had previously found the customer service to be excellent. But there you go: 'great, until they're not'.

Digital print made an excellent job of an A4 print I wanted to frame (in fact they sent me 4). They also gave me a £10.00 voucher as thanks for a review. I like dealing with these people, the quality of the work is good (and they are very generous). I will definitely use them again! PS this was the picture I drew and had printed! 😃

Fantastic service and equally fantastic quality. The website is very straightforward to use and I found the online chat option helpful when I had a technical question. I ordered 1,000 Christmas cards and they arrived very quickly. The print quality is superb. I would not hesitate to recommend Digital Printing and will certainly be using their services again. The 5 stars are more than deserved.
