You go in to see when your contract is up and they sit you down for 30 minutes, ask you security questions but in secret sign you up to another 18 or 24 months contract. Very sneaky. Cancelled my contract via head office which took 8 days to get thru & now rely on hotspot on mobile.

very poor customer service supervisor is so rude to give me a replacement sim at first he wanted us to wait for half an hour having free staff wondering around he took all my details put my phone number on paper after 10 mins i asked to the manager if we can come back after 30 mins he said nothing apart from ok when i came back to store he wanted me to wait for another 1 hour because i didn't wait in store but he didn't say anything when i told him i can come back !!!shame .....

I went into the shop twice on different occassions firstly relation to a faulty phone and secondly regarding a cracked screen. Both times they were focused on was up selling me a new phone !! The were really pushing the upsell and didn't care about any of my other concerns or questions....Not a good sales technique. Buyer beware !!

Scammers I got two iPhone 13 Pro Max and I had to pay £138 per month for two years. This one without informing me they took the money from my bank account the other time £158.40 every month. Relation disappointment I do not recommend it! !!

They are the worst customer Service you give in Your phone for repair They took my phone in for Repair also i was due for My Upgrade but he should Of told me that my if i take Out my Upgrade the the repair Will be on me to pay he didnt Now i ended up with 300 pounds If i were to pay for my repair So beware people Never i will use this place Again This is called Pulling a fast one on Customers this is dishonesty For a little commision.

Much better than I thought it would!! but it was just great, the gentleman who looked after; Ian Mack, went above and beyond, he sorted me out a good plan for my mobile and to add to that, he had a look at my broad band which I have with BT and he tweeked that. I was a very happy customer when I left the store. Ian delivered 5 🌟 service, a great example to others on how to deliver great customer service.Thank you Ian, thank you EE. J.J.

I am absolutely impressed with help and support from the Team at EE store on Acocks Green. They are such a nice Guys,with a lot of knowledge and respect. Highly recommended, 10 /10 ,and you deserved. Thank you so much for your kindness and support always. All the Best and see you soon lol ;)

Just been in to query something and the girl that works there (Stacey) was very friendly, keen and helpful with the matter. The guy that works there however butted in to our conversation, was rude, and spoke down to me. Very unprofessional. It has made me never want to return to that Store again for advice and definitely not to get the upgrade I’m due.
