We cannot recommend Emma enough! From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even when we were being indecisive and kept changing our minds—she never once complained or showed frustration. She truly listens to what you want and works within your budget to bring your vision to life.

Her sense of style and good taste made the planning process so much easier, as her opinions were always spot-on and invaluable when making decisions. She also took care of all the communication with vendors, including the DJ, designers, and crockery suppliers, ensuring that everything was perfectly organised and flowed seamlessly on the day.

What truly amazed us was her dedication. Even at eight months pregnant, she attended the wedding early to oversee everything and stayed until past midnight to make sure everything went off without a hitch. She went above and beyond in every way and never disappointed.

Emma helped coordinate our wedding with over 100 guests at the end of May 2024. She was brilliant.

The venue suggested we wouldn't need a coordinator as they would make sure everything was covered, but we are so glad we went ahead and engaged Emma's services anyway.

She was so helpful in turning our initial meeting together, where she discovered our somewhat unusual and complex vision for the day, and helped make that into a positive meeting with the venue, ensuring we didn't miss anything of the bride's amazing and quirky vision for our special day, and setting our minds at rest that all details were covered. And we did ask some random things of her! I'm not sure many wedding coordinators' first job of the day was to hide rubber ducks all round the venue, inside and out!

Emma Kept detailed spreadsheets of and liaised with all of the (many) external suppliers, and made sure everything made sense and happened as and when it should. She did so with an easy manner that made everything run smoothly from all sides.

Having Emma there throughout the day as a calm, supportive presence to whom we could throw almost anything that came up and rely on her to sort it or find out who could was such a boon. She even appeared with needle and thread within minutes of the bride discovering she'd a problem with her bustle. A proper Mary Poppins moment!

We booked Emma as our on-the-day coordinator for our wedding, as we wanted to make sure we could really switch off on the day: and we’re so glad that we did! She was nothing short of fantastic, in the run up to and during the day, always offering a calming, supportive, helpful hand and being super organised when we were losing the plot. What’s more, she was warm and funny, and having her around really made our day that extra bit special. Can’t recommend highly enough 🙂 Thank you Emma!

Where do we start with Emma!
Our wedding planner was unexpectedly unwell in the week before our wedding which meant that we needed a replacement and we got really lucky With Emma!
Despite the fact she hadn’t been privy to the years worth of conversations - you would never have known; it seemed like Emma had planned it all. She knew every detail of who needed to be where and what. She was constantly checking in on myself and Tom to see if we were okay and what we didn’t realise was that throughout the day she was recording behind the scenes footage of Tom and I and our guests. She sent it to us at the end and it was like we had a second videographer for the day. It was fab!
All of our friends and family commented that it was the most well planned wedding they had been to!
