Absolutely brilliant! Lisa was incredible from the first day that I emailed about our wedding flowers. Communication was fantastic and she always kept us in the loop. She was also incredibly flexible when we changed our mind about our flower choices a few weeks before our wedding and was incredibly accommodating. On the day, our flowers were delivered to our venue before we arrived and they were absolutely beautiful. Stunning doesn’t even come close and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful they were! We then dropped our flowers back off at the florist the day after our wedding to be preserved. Lisa and the team at Enchanted Rose exceeded our expectations in so many ways.

From the moment of our first enquiry, to the days before the wedding and after, the communication we received was absolutely first class. We changed our ideas many times and Lisa was just brilliant at bringing our plans to reality.

On the day we were just completely overwhelmed by how incredible all of the floristry was. The attention to detail, how incredibly beautiful my bouquet was and how well Lisa had decorated the venue (including very last minute flowers for our cake) everything was just complete perfection!

We had quite a large wedding but knew we wanted fresh flowers, we weren’t quite prepared for the quotes we received. From the moment we got in contact with Lisa, she understood our vision and helped create that - without the need to sell any organs!

Lisa has been so lovely throughout the whole process, extremely patient whilst the number of tables kept increasing… hahaha, as well as helping us choose centrepieces that worked for our venue (eg no live flames so she rented LED candles etc).

The team just got to work on the morning of the wedding, because communication from them had been so good leading up to the wedding, they knew exactly what needed to be done. When I saw Lisa the morning of the wedding, I started explaining what needed to be done and who she could speak to, only to find that I was the last person they were visiting - the venue had already been decorated and sorted out without any input from me!

They are utmost professionals and the quality of their work is unmatched! The flowers still looked perfect a week later when I took some to my grandmother’s grave! I highly recommend Enchanted Rose to anyone looking for the perfect team to execute their ideas, and I’m just sad I don’t have another event (yet) that I can book them for!
