100% recommend!! Helen created a wonderful winter wonderland Christmas party for my family.

Her communication was amazing and she was so friendly and helpful. Helen went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble.

Helen and her associates exceeded our expectations when designing the reception for our wedding. She completely transformed the church hall we used into a gorgeous black and white dream.
Nothing was too much especially when clean up had to be by 9am the following morning .
Would highly recommend Fabulous Rooms and Balloons !

We recently got married and Helen dressed the room beautifully - it looked perfect! We kept making changes and additions along the way but she was always happy to help! The big trees and chiavari chairs were particularly beautiful and the dancefloor was perfect for setting the scene for the night - highly recommend!

Helen is amazing,from start to finish she went above and beyond and helped us plan our wonderful wedding day. Helen organised all our wedding stationery and helped where needed to design it.
The ceremony room and wedding breakfast room looked outstanding and we were so pleased with how it all looked. I would highly recommended Helen at fabulous rooms for any event.

Serious lack of communication and accountability within whoever I was contacting with back and forth. Completely ruined my plans for my sisters baby shower, failed to tell me about the deposit for almost two weeks and said they were going to do things and never did it. These people are liars and deflectors, responded to my review pretending that they informed me of the deposit knowing full well they didn’t. I asked for the colours I wanted for the balloons to be made and shown to me so we can decide if it looks good or not and they said they will get it done if they have the colours in, did not mention needing a deposit first until days later.

Amazing service, helped out with colour schemes and ideas. Great price I got quite a few quotes and fabulous rooms packages were great value for money , great service nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again soon xxx
