I have bought a lot of flowers from here. It has recently had new ownership and a complete revamp! The new website is so easy to navigate but if you prefer to go old school and order over the phone the lady who runs the shop is always a delight. She goes above and beyond. Wish every small business could be like this! Such a friendly atmosphere with beautiful plants, flowers and staff.

I booked a bouquet for Mother's Day on 11th of May,2024 and paid additional money for the same to be delivered before 3 pm on 12th.On 12th morning,a message was shared that due to many orders,there could be a delay.
(1) No option was given to cancel the order
(2) The customer care of the vendor was useless as it was all automated with no option for any redressal or to have a word with any Executive.
(3) The bouquet was brought for delivery at 7.45 pm which the recipient refused to accept.
(4) When I took up via email then the standard answer came that they cannot refund the money but delivery could be organised .
So Dear buyers this is Fern & Petal and this is the way they treat their patrons.
Beware of this fact and then place orders.Avoid the special days specifically and stop using overall too as over the years they have learnt the art of fleecing and cheating their customers.Thanks

This is literally the best place to get flowers from in East Acton, I tried different ones around the area, but you will not find the same attention to detail, and the great customer service that Floral Designer has.
I will only rely on this place from now on when I need flowers and that’s for sure!
