My parents hired Festival Hall for their 40th wedding anniversary with 140 guests. Annette and the team were extremely helpful and accommodating, making sure everything ran smoothly in the run up to the event and on the day. Lots of space, brilliant lighting and dance floor, great kitchen space for caterers, and bar facility available with friendly bar staff and reasonable drinks prices! Would be a great venue for a wedding or a big event.

I hired the Festival Hall for my son's 1st birthday party. I was so impressed with the venue - it's modern, huge, light and airy. They have clean, accessible toilets and also a changing table for babies. There is a full on bar, kitchen with hobs, ovens, sinks, hot water urn and a fridge. The kitchen was very clean - we didn't use caterers but the kitchen is more than big enough to accommodate caterers if need be. We hired a bouncy castle and soft play which fitted easily within the ballroom hall. There were LED lights in the ballroom that could be changed to different colours to suit your party theme and we also had use of the speakers. We liaised with Annette - who was WONDERFUL! She was so helpful - from our first interaction to our last - she was so professional, attentive and went out of her way to help us set up the party. She manned the bar throughout the duration of the party but popped over to the food table to re-shuffle the food when there were empty plates - this isn't something I had asked of her, but she went out of her way to help which was so amazing. I would definitely recommend this venue for anyone wanting to host a birthday party. Annette was also very helpful in recommending local businesses - for example - she recommended Rainbow Balloons in Alderley Edge which were amazing!
