Really unprofessional company, emailed/messaged on Facebook and Instagram in regards to not receiving an automated order confirmation email or an order number. Waited days for a reply which was then deleted on Instagram on their behalf. Instead of just giving me an order confirmation they just cancelled my order and sent me a email issuing a refund simply because they can’t communicate efficiently. Customer service skills are absolutely awful and communication may aswell been none existent!

I can't rate the products from Forty Forty Printhouse highly enough. The base garments are quality, robust fabrics and the printing absolutely flawless. Jay's efficient communication and the processing times are just the icing on the cake. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I had seen a novelty t-shirt from another company that was perfect for a secret Santa present but I could only get it from overseas and it was going to cost a fortune in postage. I reached out to forty forty printhouse as they're local and asked if they could make a variation of the design and they turned it around so quickly, the quality was great and I picked it up free. Managed to save money on the secret Santa budget and get extra bits! These guys are so professional and I highly recommend them.

I can't fault the service that I received from forty forty printhouse. Jamie was extremely helpful in helping me with all my questions and design specifications. The quality of the prints are second to none and I'll be definitely be using this service again. Thanks so much for everything.
