I had a large photographic print which I had to replace with a new one in its existing frame with a new mount. The price given was extortionate! Matt did not give any professional advice on what might happen to the large print if it wasn't dry mounted, but simply went ahead and framed it which took 7 weeks. I have now noticed that the framed print is buckled and rippled. I am so disappointed and sad that I spent such a huge amount of money and have a badly framed print with ripples. Matt's response was straightaway on the quality of my paper and not the fact that he should have dry mounted it. He then refused to fix it unless I paid full price for the service all over again. I have never left a bad review but in this case I feel people need to be aware that this is very poor customer service and service in general. Even considering they pride themself on years of experience I'm sitting with a rippled print for which I paid a huge amount.

Always high quality works and excellent service from Frame Workshop. I've returned many times for prints, posters and paintings to be framed and the Frame Workshop people are great at advising on frames, borders, glass types. They've always completed their work as promised/on time. Good prices for the skilled work they do. It's the first place I think of going for this work and service.

I've brought down some tricky items for Frame Workshop to put into frames for me - a 5ft parchment paper scroll on metal bars, and a super rare board game from back in the 70s as well as standard posters and whatnot. Each and every time they have overcome the challenge and exceeded expectations. The quality of the workmanship is top notch, you really can't go wrong with them.

As a person from minority group, my business was not appreciated at all by this shop. The owner was quite disrespectful and tried all his best to manipulate my mind to not give the work to the shop. At the end I was brushed out. To certain extent this is a racial discrimination.

I'm so impressed with the service I received from Frame Workshop. I needed four prints framed quite quickly, dropped them in on the Monday and they were ready on the Friday of the same week.

They helped me select the right frame and mount for the prints, guiding me through the options and giving me useful advice on what would create the best finish for my budget.

A great experience from beginning to end. I took an old hand-painted map in for framing and received extremely friendly and helpful service immediately, with thoughtful and helpful suggestions on the frame based on the colours in the map and my preferences. I was also given two quotes quickly based on using UV protected glass or not and the difference was only £20 so I went with UV protected to be safe and it's worked a treat so far, haven't had to worry about the sun hitting it where it sits on the wall. They gave me a realistic timeline (roughly a month because it was a busy time of year) but finished early and gave me a call. I agreed to pick it up the next day, however that evening they announced the COVID-19 lockdown so I assumed I'd have to wait months to pick it up but they offered me home delivery which was much appreciated. All in all I would highly recommend, they did a lovely job with the framing and the customer service was excellent.
