Had used the company before, happy customer. Sadly this time, they ignored a note that was sent with instructions not to embroider the jacket which is rainCELL Puma. The company ignored this and ruined the jacket. Initially they admitted the fault and said they would pay for a new jacket. Sadly they did not honour this and claimed that the jacket was not 100% waterproof so it could be embroidered. Dishonest and one to avoid. Also very rude owner when tried to sort the issue. Denied the previous promises on his call
