Lovely couple of hours learning to cook a Thai green curry, vegetable pancakes and chocolate avocado mousse. Really helpful tips and tricks for chopping, creating base spices that could be used in lots of ways to simplify creating multiple dishes,

Had a fantastic cookery lesson at Anne Marie’s home making pizza & pasta. She was so welcoming, kind & patient & very informative as you get hands on with the recipes. Absolutely loved every minute of our 2.5hr session & thoroughly recommend her. We can’t wait to return for more lessons 😊😋

Anne Marie took total charge as soon as we arrived at her lovely kitchen, and had 6 girls preparing baked goods within minutes. I was able to sit back and relax in her sunny garden, I heard plenty of giggling but a very calm kitchen. How they prepared all the food they did in such a short time is beyond me! So lovely to not have to organise anything once we were there, it was a very stress-free party for me and that is worth a lot of money! Love that Anne Marie offers a real range of food types that can be made too, so you can choose dependent on your child. Would definitely recommend, thank you Anne Marie!

We hired Anne-Marie to deliver her 'Cook More, Waste Less' real time cooking presentation at a reducing waste themed Community event. She cooked two soups and made two easy bread accompaniments while at the same time giving us amusing anecdotes, insights into her life and top scrap saving tips. Very educational and entertaining. The soup was great too! Highly recommended.

I celebrated my birthday with a sushi making workshop run by Anne-Marie last week and we all had the best time! Anne-Marie is so warm and welcoming, she put everyone at ease straightaway. It was a wonderful way to celebrate with friends whilst also learning something new! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

My son and I had such an enjoyable time and learnt some great new cooking skills for life. Ann Marie was a brilliant teacher, very knowledgeable about food science and very patient! The food was delicious. Very friendly atmosphere in a small group. Lots of chatting and eating the food at the end was a real pleasure!! Would really recommend as an experience with a friend or family member.

I've had 2 lessons now - a group and an individual lesson and both have been superb! Anne Marie is a fantastic teacher with lots of tips and tricks, and it is a lovely environment to learn in. I would definitely recommend Anne Marie's lessons to anyone, she was great to adapt around what I wanted to learn and help boost my confidence in the kitchen. I'll be back!
