Had an amazing experience with GoHen with a weekend in Liverpool. Was organised easily from start to finish, saving us a lot of hassle. Kimberley our event manager was brilliant, sorted any issues we had (only 1 minor timing issue) extremely fast and replied to all messages and queries with no hesitation. Would thoroughly recommend the ABBA dance for all those Hen's in Liverpool. Thanks again to GoHen for a brilliant weekend.

I've used GoHen to help me organise two hen parties now and I can't think of a reason why anyone wouldn't use them! The website is so easy to use, there is a huge list of cities and activities to be booked and the prices are very competitive. You also get your own personal event manager, who is always available to call, email, text and is literally at your disposal for any queries no matter how big or small. I'd like to say a huge thank you to my event manager (Bella) who helped me organise a brilliant hen party for my sister 🙂 I hope I'm asked to be a bridesmaid again soon so I can work with you all again

Very dissapointed with the lack of effort from go hen, after a year of planning and deposits being paid, GoHen managed to ruin my friends farewell from unmarried life.

The first day/night went ok, the first activity was booked (escape room) and then the evening meal was fine but not great.

Second day we all left in cabs early in the morning to attempt the first activity of the day (dancing) they had failed to not only book the activity but was too busy to rectify the issue.

With no other option we left to go sit in a cafe until our bottomless brunch was ready for us (2hrs later) as you can imagine all the hens were very dissapointed by this point.

After the bottomless brunch, we were greatful for their efforts to lighten our moods and help us enjoy our time there.

Of course the bottomless brunch came to an end so we left to go back to the hotel to change for the last activity, a hen boat party/ride.

On arrival wasting more money on more cabs, and withdrawing cash for the activity we arrive to find out our boat had a mechanical issue and they provided us with a fishing boat and iceboxes as (the bar) no roof, a speak placed in a tire which was in the centre of this open boat, assuming this was suitable.

We attempted to notify GoHen of yet another failure on the hen do and they didnt bother rectifying this neither!

Absolute joke, once in a lifetime event for our to be married friend and the entire weekend was destroyed, even with a crying hen.

We had to spend extra money for seperate things just to try make sure the weekend wasnt a total loss!

Wouldnt recomend GoHen, we really thought they would do a good job after the reviews, but they couldnt care less avout helping resolves failed bookings.

GoHen made our weekend easier, fun and I would definitely recommend.
I'd give our account manager Hanna Cater, 5*, she was incredible. The only reason it's not 5* is overall the process was quite lengthy and we were lacking some important information before we were handed over to the wonderful Hanna.
I would go through GoHen again, I'd request Hanna and I do think they've got some great ideas!!!

I have no idea how this company have such good reviews, dreadful experience. Avoid at all costs!

The accommodation they booked us in Bristol/ Bath was more like a scout hut than a cute barn as the pictures showed. It was damp, smelly and poorly cared for. Two hot tubs pictured, only one was able to be used. Outdoor seating missing cushions, no blinds over windows.

We booked a bottomless brunch through them too, which turned out to be in a football bar when the fa cup final was on!! What bride ever wants to go to a football bar on their hen - this should have been clearly stated when booking, this company should be experts at identifying things like this. And to top it off, no one’s food arrived for hours and when it did it was one piece of toast with a poached egg on!

Incredibly disappointing experience of a specialist ‘hen’ company, we still had a good time but with no thanks to this company. Book with someone else or do it yourself !!

Groupia's team, particularly Isabelle Twilley, have been superb! Put together a deal I couldn't have achieved on my own. Responded to all my questions promptly and were helpful with any changes. The tool was great for keeping track of my group, I didn't need to handle cash and it had all the details, all the hens needed. Even given an emergency number in case of issues on the night- which we didn't need to use.
Thank you so much! Would definitely use Go Hen / Groupia again!

Absolutely amazing service! From my initial contact with Jamie to finalising my booking with Hanna it was just so seamless. Hanna was proactive and responsive - no ask was too big! I would be extremely confident to recommend Go Hen to friends and family as the whole process was just so easy. The weekend itself was brilliant my sister had a fantastic time. The hotel was great - nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. Both restaurants were great as well, the food was fab and the staff were all very happy to have our Hen there. Overall amazing experience and fantastic team at Go Hen - Thanks guys!

Shocking customer service, avoid at all cost! Company terms and conditions misleading and they do not honour! Cancelled one of our events and then took ages to try and sort out with reluctance. Would not recommend!
