We tried to book duck herding with GOTO Events for our team social. After we signed and exchanged contracts, the day before our event was due to take place we were informed the location was not suitable and we were forced to cancel our event. GOTO still want us to pay dispite the event being cancelled. They've now passed our case to HM Courts & Tribunals. Avoid at all costs!
