I got google recommended greens essentials. Mind you the google suggestions tab doesn't show reviews that reflect the actual store that it's advertising, just reviews of the product. Ordered before checking the reviews of the store itself (which I massively regret) and it totalled to around £7.50, mainly due to shipping. Later onwards I randomly decided to check the reviews and felt terrible but could not cancel my order. After a week I emailed them asking where my order was and got the same excuse a lot of people are reporting here about couriers and order delays and so had to sit back and wait even longer. I actually did get part of my order after a few weeks but it was EXPIRED. So I email them to request a refund, and surprisingly they actually do give me one. Few days later they tell me they were out of stock of the rest of my order and so gave me a refund for that too (I actually checked the website and they still say it's in stock when it isn't!!). I unfortunately did not get refunded for the shipping price which I'm not sure how to feel about, because I paid for 2-4 day delivery however this whole situation hassled me for a month. I also never even got delivered my full order but I decided not to email them further since I would probably just get blocked. I am still quite thankful they refunded me since reading a lot of these reviews that sounds like very rare behaviour from them, but this was really not worth any of the stress. In short, the whole process was a waste of time and also a waste of like £3. Really sorry to people who lost more money from this scam, no idea how this is even legal!

Ordered a relatively simple and small order over 2 weeks ago, and still no sign of it. Customer service keep promising, but nothing happens. No compensation, and they refuse to cancel the order and refund. Will never use this store again.

UPDATE: Order arrived today. An empty box with two bits to newspaper in it. Please please please avoid this absolute shambles of a business.

Terrible service, no communication and quite honestly a scam!
I placed an order on the 5th of September to which I payed extra for standard shipping (2-4 days) however after not receiving anything after 2 weeks I had to call up 3 separate times to get through to someone who could help and thought I had gotten the issue taken care of. however, after a further 2 weeks or reviving nothing and sending a strongly worded email they promised to sort out my order and get it shipped next day delivery.
Another 3 weeks go by so I request a refund and received another email saying it had been dispatched again I received nothing.
It’s been 3 months since the initial order and still nothing and no sign of a refund or even an update on the situation it’s an absolute joke of a business and would recommend staying far away from it if you value your time or money!!

Waited 10 days with Evri they still didn't receive it. I rang the shop up they didn't answer, 1 minute after they returned my call which was appreciated as i didnt have to chase. and i expressed my issues and the situation the manager of the shop took action and re sent my order out by DPD next day delivery. I was very reluctant that I'd receive it as I read the appalling reviews but I took his word and the following morning I received my order as promised in excellent condition. So thank you very much for dealing with my issue so quickly and promptly. Amber

This is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. There is no management. There is no customer service. I ordered three weeks ago. No items have arrived. I have called and spoke to the owner twice. He lied to me and said your items will be delivered ASAP. I did not receive any items I called again and again some clown answered the phone. He couldn’t speak any English and I had to force to get my refund. I waited a month got my time wasted still waiting for a refund. Stay away from this company.

Highly recommend this company, I placed an order that the courier company managed to lose. Green's Essentials sorted everything out for me , fast and without any problems.
They sell a great range of products, both UK and International. They have amazing Japanese stuff, American, Australian. Have a look at the website, prices are reasonable and orders are sent out quickly and well packaged. Again, I highly recommend them.

This isn't "chocolate of the world", this is "chocolate of the UK" - which was really disappointing. The box took a whole month to arrive rather than 2-4 days, but I will say that the customer service was excellent.
