Very poor customer service..I have been waiting for winners medals since September. They informed me they should in by October & they will ring me. Still heard nothing but today on 9th November I phoned them & they have them back in stock . They could of notified me but didn't. Very disappointed

Fantastic place. Loads and loads of party stuff and great prices. They are primarily wholesalers but let the public in. So jus be aware that VAT is added on top of the ticket price. Just like costco.

Be sure to know what you are buying and their returns policy is as they DO NOT TELL YOU and DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. I was a regular customer of theirs but this means nothing to them, i will not be spending my money there again, there are better shops with better customer service. Left feeling ripped off.

Good selection of items. However, very disappointed as they put vat on top of your purchase without informing you, just charging it. Who does that?!?! We don't live in America....

The place is a shambles, hardly any room to move it is so crammed.Not a pleasurable warehouse/shop at all.But they do have a good selection of special occasions/party bits.

They literally have everything you need the main thing that let's it down is some of the workers if they don't like you they make it obvious I've been with family who have the card and they been fantastic and when not with them the lady on the till is just plain rude like it's a chore to be serving me but was OK to have a proper conversation with the lady in front of me for a good 5 minutes ask a question and it's like you are you asking a question really bad but it's got everything you need for party's and odd bits and bobs

Massive selection, that you can't buy anywhere else. I went there to buy decorations, had no clue what to get. The friendly staff helped me with ideas and suggestions. Thank you so much Hakimpur would not have done it without you. Will definetly come here again.
