I emailed them with a question regarding loyalty cards, and they said they could help. They asked how many I wanted, so I replied 2000 printed on front and back with a barcode on them. And that's where the communications stopped. Looks like they cannot be bothered with your custom.

Friendly and the quality is evident, however very expensive. I went in to get a A1 architects drawing printed and it was 18x more expensive to have done than a equal on-line equivalent competitor.
