I Ordered two bins and I went to collect them I was told I was early, which was ok as I was early. I tried to ring in to find out what was going on anf after my confirmation email time of 4pm the automated system wasn't functioning and kept on cutting me as it couldn't process the order number I gave. This is very poor customer service

They forgot to send me a text to say they were in. I rang up but because I didn’t have a numeric order number I couldn’t get through on the interactive telephone system. I eventually got through to a man. He said the “order number” was actually the collection number! The order number was buried at the bottom of an email. I got him to cancel the order! Never again!

On a recent visit to argos within the sainsburys at heyford Hill oxford, I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received. Had an issue with a mobile phone I had brought. Was dealt with by a young gentleman whos name I believe is Romario.He ws very polite and understanding. He went above and beyond and dealt with the issue in very minimal time.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS, PUSHING ME FROM PILLAR TO POST SINCE LAST TUESDAY, I was given a number to call, spent an hour on the phone only to establish it should've been taken in store, so took it back in store and again have just been given a different number to call. The manager and workers need to learn their job and not make the customer do it. DO NOT take out warranty cover with argos, they are quick to take your money but then don't replace the item.

Absolutely appalling service! My mum wanted to exchange an item that she received with rust and they argued it was oil! Just rude! I was returning a camera I brought 2 days ago just to be told the serial numbers don't match up and nothing they could do... was told we had probably received one that had already been returned! Now stuck with a £700 camera that is faulty.

Staff are rude and unhelpful. There always standing around looking miserable and unprofessional

Refused to give me my order yet had details needed for my purchase. Traveled 40 minuets with my child to be refused a product I paid for ! Won't be using this argos again in the future
