Always a friendly service in a well stocked store. Want to give a special shout out to Jill who helps with a smile and always takes an intrest in what people might be crafting. Thank you Jill (sorry the paints I buy never scan on the till)

Visited here today with my mom, daughter & her friend. The staff were all so very helpful & Friendly. The 2 ladies on the tills were great, didn't get their names. The man called Chris went above & beyond helping us to save money. Will definitely be visiting here again soon. So many craft ideas here. Thank you to Chris & the 2 ladies today.

I purchased some craft items online & used the click & collect option. The staff in store were friendly & extremely helpful. I received a confirmation email when my goods were ready & collection was quick in store. I recently shopped in store and found it to be well stocked & full of wonderful crafting ideas for Christmas.
