I had a good experience at Hobbycraft thanks to Summer, who went above and beyond to help me.

When another staff member was struggling to locate my click-and-collect order and mistakenly handed me an order that belonged to someone else, Summer stepped in to resolve the situation. She quickly found my correct order and kindly served me when I made an additional purchase. She was very apologetic about the delay and remained professional throughout.

I also asked her several times about specific items, and she checked both the shop floor and the back stock area for me. Not only that, but she even tried contacting another branch to see if they had the items I needed in stock and to arrange them set aside for collection the next day. Unfortunately, the other branch didn’t answer the phone, but I really appreciated her effort.

I had gone to another shop after collecting my click and collect order to find some items I needed, but they didn’t have them. I returned to Hobbycraft just 15 minutes before closing time. Summer didn’t rush or hurry me. She took her time and helped me until the very last minute, ensuring I got what I needed and resolving the issues I was having.

Tried to buy an ant farm only to find out the ants aren't included. I was deeply saddened upon receiving this information and all my dreams of raising an ant empire have been quashed 🙁

Not cheap but business use, but really handy, as they're open 7 days, the staff member, who helped me did a good job in guiding me to the right product, although what I required, apparently is only available via mail order,
Definitely a bonus to have a store within a short drive away from our workshop.

If you're after anything to do with crafting, art supplies, model making, picture framing etc then that's the place to go. Prices are no more expensive than online stores, many cheaper than Amazon and eBay etc, and no postage to pay. Got what I was looking for. Loyalty bonuses can make prices even cheaper. Plenty of parking in the Crown Point car park even able to park outside the door. Recommend it if you haven't been before.

Fantastic place to shop, on a family day out, you could spend all day at cross point in LEEDS, love going to hobby crafts for all my sowing, knitting, crocheting, crafting, art, photography, you name it, they've got it, if they haven't they'd try and get it, or direct you some where else. And what's more you've got a variety of shops to pop it or even stop and have a meal on you own or with family, with a visit.

The selection of products is impressive, offering a variety of good choices; however, the prices are significantly high, making them less affordable for many customers.

Bought some supplies for a work event that got cancelled, and went to return the supplies - the staff were SO helpful when I couldn't find my receipt, they went to the back and found the receipt for us. This Hobbycraft definitely has a customer for life!
