A good sized store. Easier to get to than Greenford...for me.

It has a section for model kits which surprized me. For the non craft loving kids, there are construction kits and science activities aswell

Extremely helpful staff at this branch which I visited for the first time. However, parking fees at the retail park were a surprise and discouraged me from coming back. Background music was a little invasive, particularly at the rear of the store, hence only four stars. However, I did get most of what I wanted and was happy with the service I received.

Unfortunately I did not receive good service here. I took a toy to the till reduced from £10 to £5. The lady at the till rang it in at £10. I told her it was reduced but she said it wasn't.There was a queue behind me and only her serving. I said I'd have a look to check. I took a photo to show her but she refused to accept it. She said it wasn't clear. I said not to bother and left, only paying for the material I'd also bought. She showed no interest at all in solving the problem. Poor service. I booked the art scrape workshop for the kids and they had soo much fun and the teacher was soo calm and patient with 7 yr olds! The kids even got to bring home their art piece on a canvas 😍

August 2025, lots of arts & craft stuff. Pretty much has everything you would need crafting, sewing, painting models, cake decorating& baking. Lots of reasonably priced crafts kits for young children. Artists paints, canvas & easels. A whole department on sewing & knitting or making jewellery. Lots of things to choose or inspire u into making something

This branch is MASSIVE!! Literally has pretty much everything one would need for arts, crafts, model making, baking, and more! Prices are very reasonable compared to other stockists as well.

Staff are very friendly and informative, and the stock amount is breathtaking. Will definitely be coming here quite a few more times for model making parts and tools!
