Little bit obsessed! I found Home County Co on instagram over Christmas time, looking for presents obviously but thought I get the festive candles for myself and they are so nice! I’ve since bought the Mulled Wine reed diffuser and the fragrance fills the house beautifully. The packaging was a lovely surprise and delivery so quick, highly recommend!

I bought the 3 votive candles set, which I'd seen at a Christmas Fair on a visit to family. They smell wonderful, but I ordered them through the post and each candle glass was loose in the box and was broken. The packaging in which the candles slot is woefully inadequate to prevent them coming loose. I messaged Home Counties to report it, and asked for a replacement. I also suggested they improve the packaging simply by using sticky tape as well as slots. I've received NO response. I recommend that you buy them from a retail outlet if you can. Very disappointed.

Beautiful candles, mine always burn cleanly right to the end and leave no soot around the glass or on my walls! Will never go back from using soy candles.
I also have the Yorkshire reed diffuser which has lasted for months.

So disappointing. The candle wick goes out after less than a minute so the burn quality is useless. I have purchased Home County candles several times - and although a bit on the expensive side I’ve always thought they were worth it. But not this time - as it gift for someone it has been useless.

My review received a prompt response and explanation from Home County Co - delighted to say product has been replaced - so all is well. These candles retain their perfume right to the end and I do recommend, particularly the prompt response from their customer service.,

Utterly amazing. My best friends and I went on a lovely summer getaway to Bakewell and we made lovely memories there (& ate lots of Bakewell tarts). For my birthday, they thoughtfully bought me the cherry Bakewell candle from here, and I am OBSESSED with it - It smells so much like a Bakewell tart I want to eat it. Everytime I light it, my whole flat fills with the smell and it always takes me back to our lovely trip together. Also, the packaging it came in was so unique and pretty, I can't bring myself to bin it lol. It was just the most perfect gift, so thoughtful and meaningful 😊 Oh, and also so aesthetically pleasing!? An all-round 10/10!!

Wonderful customer service - I had an issue with my candle and Hannah got back to me promptly offering advice, and then kindly sent a replacement. Absolutely gorgeous candle, the smell is divine, can't wait to light it this Christmas!
