Great shop with excellent customer service and quality items. We ordered my husbands wedding suit and an adorable matching suit for our toddler from this shop and had a great experience with all the fitting sessions. They organised the alteration service for us and were very helpful with advising on sizing and accommodated many size changes from the groom and toddler !

Popped in at weekend to discuss buying a suit for my grandson. Lady was very helpful, provided several different styles of suit to determine which was practical as well as acceptable to him in terms of colour, material and fit. Signed up a three piece which will be ordered and then adjusted accordingly.

Amy at Hotspur1364 literally saved my brother’s wedding.

We were badly let down by a suit hire place that sent the wrong clothes, which we only discovered on the day of a wedding where I was best man. The ceremony started at 13:30 and we found this out at about 10:00am.

We called Amy in a panic and she was cool as a cucumber! She said to send over pictures of one of the suits I was supposed to match and she’d dig out the closest match in the store before I got there to have it fitted. We sent the pics, she found the suit and I arrived in store.

She had me measured and pinned within 5 minutes and then - incredibly - arranged for the necessary tailoring to be done within the hour. She even delivered the suit to the accommodation we’d booked in Alnwick at no extra charge so we could get back and finish getting ready!

We had the suit in hand by 11:30, which was an absolute miracle. It was lovely and fitted perfectly thanks to the tailoring.

Couldn’t possibly thank her enough. Don’t waste your time elsewhere - get yourself to Hotspur1364 and they will look after you!
