Very rude staff and incorrect prices on shelves

Incorrect prices on shelves in comparison with the prices at tills (two products out of four were more expensive at the tills than advertised on the shelves).

I asked at the till to use my ££ on the loyalty card and pay the difference. I presented the barcode at the till and was ready to scan. The lady instead took my phone into her hands (without asking for my permission) and scanned the card. As a result, she didn’t scan the card properly and charged my credit card the full amount, without accounting for the balance on my loyalty card which I asked to use first. I asked to refund me and to re-do the transaction, at which point she became very rude, started panicking and shouting at me that she cannot do that. But what is the point of introducing loyalty cards that customers are expected to top up with ££ but not expected to use?

I will not be returning to this shop.

Lovely store, clean and well laid out. Staff always friendly and helpful and not a scanner in sight, only tills with real people who are always courteous.
The store would be greatly enhanced with a fresh bakery section selling croissants, bread rolls, pastries etc.

Iceland is in the new Oaks Shopping Centre. It's huge. There's a wider variety of frozen food. Superdrugs and Wilko are also there too! Lidl opened on 17th October. People in 'We Love Acton' group are shocked there are no toilet facilities or seating areas!!

I recently had a terrible experience at Iceland in the Oaks Shopping in Acton, and I will never be shopping there again. The security guard was incredibly rude and unprofessional, treating me as if I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. There are many ways to speak to people, and the way I was treated is unacceptable.

I understand that security staff have a job to do, but there’s no excuse for speaking to customers with such a disrespectful tone. If this is how they treat their patrons, I’d rather take my business elsewhere. Absolutely disappointing!

Done a online order and only received half the shopping I ordered. The staff in the shop clear have a low standards because the person who was sorting my order clear did not care about making sure that all the bags were giving to the driver. When I phoned Iceland to ask about the rest of the shopping, they knew about the missing bag and were not interested in helping me get the rest of my shopping and were not willing to delivery the missing bag. This was really disappointing because I only live a few minuters away and I go there regularly.

Nice sized store, good selection of groceries, household items etc. Some of the staff could do with customer service training though, I'm a food waste hero for Olio so I went to collect the food waste. Upon arrival I informed one of the staff but she didn't seem bothered and directed me to the security guard of all people, just a friendly smile and politeness goes a long way so I feel the staff could do with a bit of training otherwise it's a great store to shop at
