Cannot recommend these guys enough - have been using them for years and SO many things to rave about:

- Quality of the items is unmatched compared to anyone I've used before (have used a lot of printing services over the years)
- They always find creative solutions to my printing needs, with really specific requests always made possible by them (maps, popcorn boxes, you name it)
- They go above and beyond to get my things to me when I need them, I've needed things faster than usual and they always make it happen
- The staff are INCREDIBLE, honestly the most helpful and friendly people I've ever worked with, it feels like they're extended members of the team / they've played a huge part in our work over the years
- The prices are great, for the quality of what is being delivered, I've paid more for much less!

I am very disappointed with the service. I visited the impress print with a ready business card design and leaflets (ready to print) to get the price for the service, I just wanted a quote for printing ... I've been waiting for several weeks, it's absurd. Twice more time than others have designed two projects for me. Defeat.
