Thieves that's all I can say. I've had my gas 47kg of them for over 3 years.
Then I find out I'm paying between £20/£30 more than someone who walks in the shop or that has been with them for a few months. They just rip old people off . thinking we'll they won't know any different. The lady manager i spoke to in Leeds is not nice at all no apology just lies

Only been a customer since sep 23 , but can't fault this company the staff are all friendly from the first time ordering it the guy in the shop was helpful .
I phone for gas they deliver when they say they will & the guys who deliver the gas have been great too , ( not used it before ) so they took time out to show me how it worked ( what it will do when it runs out on the dial that sort of thing
I can highly reccomend if you want a friendly & efficient service .

The valves on the tanks did not flip over and we ended up with no gas on Christmas day. I rang the Goole branch of Innergy on 27th December and ordered the gas. Gary very kindly sent out the delivery the same day of ordering knowing that we had run out. The delivery was done by Sam - ( very positive and cheerful despite the rain) who efficiently set up the tanks. Thanks Innergy Goole what great service!
