I’ve ordered 3 times from JLR and each bag has been lovely. Good quality and look great. One was a present for my mum and she loves it!
Ordering has been very good, the site is easy to use and clear. Any communication from the brand around orders/issues (RM delays) has been very good as well.

Amazing experience from Johnny loves Rosie. My mum ordered for me for my birthday and she said emails were regularly sent to keep her updated. She was very impressed with the service. Twice I have ordered from you. I ordered myself one a while ago and fell in love with it and always get comments on it. I recently gifted one to my aunty for a bday present and she loved it. The mocha colour complimented her outfit. She too will be recommending you to family and friends. I think I might just treat myself to another one very soon. It's rare you find something different and that's what I like about it. The straps make them stylish colourful and comfortable.

Would highly recommend Johnny loves Rosie. The different bag designs and ability to mix and match with straps are so much fun, and the entire ordering process was so simple. My bag arrived quickly and I was so pleased, such a good price for vegan leather. I got the Carrie crossbody in mocha and it’s the perfect size, not too big I overpack but not so small I can’t fit anything in it! Can’t wait to get lots more Colours 🙂 plus it’s always lovely to support a smaller brand, can’t wait to continue to do so x

Absolutely love the beautiful high quality that Johnny loves Rosie provides in their products. The service was quick and professional. I have been looking for a classical looking black bag for many years and I believe it's a style that would never go out of fashion and the interchangeable straps will keep it en vogue through out the years. I ordered a powder blue bag with my initials printed on the front after seeing them advertised on this morning as I thought they looked really lovely. After waiting 3 months for the bag to arrive (which I can understand with the current covid situation) the company had put the completely wrong initials on the bag. I contacted customer service and their reply was incredibly slow. The bag quality was honestly not that great either considering the price I paid. This is just my experience but I would recommend to avoid...

Absolutely in love with my bag! Took a couple of weeks to arrive with me but it has not disappointed. I bought an additional strap and little bow for it too which looks lovely. Also love how the bag can be personalised with your initials. Looks fab and can’t wait to take it out for a spin! Thanks guys ☺️ X
