This shop is absolutely amazing! It's small, almost easy to miss from the outside but you'll be so glad if you go in and take a look. It is located just outside the main centre of York its surroundings are just gorgeous. Me and my Mom and have been in every time we have visited York and we never miss it! Kerry and her Mom were so kind to us, everywhere you look in the store there is another wonderful item. It is a lovely family business, the daughter, Kerry, does all the designs so every item in store is unique and beautiful. I bought a beanie and a backpack and they're so cute! This shop is a must visit 🙌

This shop is so gorgeous! Kerry's illustrations are so unique, she is incredibly talented. Her mother served us in the shop today and she was so sweet and humble, considering she does all the sewing . Don't miss the opportunity to visit!

I previously bought a lovely plant pot from this shop last time I was on holiday in York, unfortunately this plant pot was broken in a bad storm we had when I got home. I knew when I went up to York again, I must visit this fabulous little shop. Located just 2 minutes from York Minster, it was easy to walk to with its pink sign on the outside. To my elation they had a selection of homemade plant pots, and I bought another pot, which is in the attached photos, even more beautiful than the first pot with intricate flowers painted on. Along with this purchase I also got costars and woollen fake flowers. Each design in the store is so original, like nothing you’ll see on the high street and I’m happy to say they are all displayed proudly in my home.
Quant, unique and simple adorable are just some of the words that come to mind when thinking of Just Smile Designs, me and my daughter love this shop so much.
I hope to visit the store again!

This is the cutest little shop! I had to hold myself back from buying too much as I was travelling and had limited luggage space. But I picked up some adorable small gifts for friends.

I absolutely loved visiting this shop. My sister and I like to support local businesses and the art style is adorable. We could have easily purchased everything in the shop. Every product is high quality and beautifully drawn. When I'm next in York this will be the first place I go! Our cats love the koala on the bag too 😉

This shop is beautiful! I had the pleasure of meeting Kerry the owner and artist behind the gorgeous prints. She hand draws them (!) and has them made into some fabulous things, from scrunchies and cards to bibs and baby clothes. Kerry was so kind and helpful I just had to leave a review, thanks! My little one looks super cute in his new fox outfit and we have had lots of compliments on his penguin bib. 10/10 would recommend popping in.

Was an absolute pleasure to meet Kerry (and her mum), when I popped in a few times this past week. Gorgeous designs, beautiful items. Picked up several gifts and I have to say very fairly priced for such lovely crafted items. Shop is gloriously dressed and I think the range of loveliness was just perfect!
