I called thismorning about some extra school uniform for my grandson and a book bag, they didn't have a book bag but said if I gave it an hour they would get one printed up. I went in an hour later to collect my items, I was greeted as soon as I walked in by all of the staff who were so helpful and friendly. I've never seen such an organised and well run uniform shop. It was a pleasure to visit today and thank you for your kindness 😊

Where do I start? I placed an order and after 9 days I had to contact the company for an update. I was then informed of nil stock. Well tell me then!! Anyway, had to open a PayPal claim to get my refund. Very poor communication and slow customer service experience received this time.

I have printed Tee-shirts with online sites like street shirts and vista print before but they always failed to impress me with the quality of both the fabric and print… so it was great to hear about Ross & KS Teamwear when I wanted to print tee shirts for my Band merchandise, because it gave me someone who I could actually speak with and explain what I really wanted.
Ross promised me that his quality is much higher than what I may have experienced in the past and I must say he did not disappoint me. The teeshirts came out amazing! Really great material and the print is of very high quality at a fraction of the price. The product looks and feels really expensive and all our fans went away really chuffed at getting a great product!!
