Amazing customer service from phone Manner to in person !

Gave me the time of day even with minutes too lock up. Lovely gentleman assisted with making my vision come true and helped guide me with sizing and finishing etc . Was compassionate really patient!

Excellent same day service after I’d been let down last minute by printers. The team were extremely friendly and helpful and had no issues at all with my last minute request. The printed booklets looked extremely professional and I was very happy with the service. Would 100% recommend.

I have been in KallKwik twice with a banner i received through the company i work for and have had a couple of issues with it.

Upon walking into the shop, i was greeted by two lovely friendly looking staff members that were polite and incredibly helpful.

They said they would do their best to try and help me for minimal cost, all that they asked for is a small amount of time to see if they could rectify the problem.

Upon returning, the same two members of staff were once again friendly and polite and were able to rectify both problems as offered me a permanent resolve if i encounter another problem with my banner.

The staff members product knowledge was brilliant and the price i was quoted was very reasonable and would highly recommend them for all your banner and printing needs.

Having had a family bereavement it was very comforting to deal with Phillipa at the Staines branch of Kall Kwik. Excellent communication and turnaround time and the oder of service sheet is beautifully put together.
