Bought some cards in here the other day but couldn't believe how scruffy it was outside where everyone walks from the car park to the town centre.
Looks like it's changed hands and the outside isn't a priority. Pity.

Today I went into kp littrelly 5 mins b for closing and they saved the day even thou they was shutting up and set up 2 number bloons for me,after seeing me distressed after being let down last min .

A gem in Wallingford! So much more than a newsagent, with amazing selections of cards, jigsaws, games, science kits and more ... staff are always friendly and helpful, even when they are clearly busy! Recommend paying them a visit!

I bought a toy that was marked at £7.95 and they charged me £12.00. When I asked, the shop assistant said that "she wasn't accusing me but some people put different price labels on items hoping to pay less". I said they should really check the prices they are displaying and she replied "they can't because people like that keep trying all the time" . I felt the shop assistant was intimating that I was trying to underpay and found her demeanour very rude. On the other hand I would suggest that what is in the price tag is what you actually charge people.

Bought 3 helium balloons for my daughter's birthday. Picked up Friday 4.00pm. One already flat.
Also staff are not trained in Consumer Goods Act. Shop left without contactable manager.
