I had a hard time finding ninja turtle decor for my son’s birthday party. La Balloons had a large selection and it wasn’t overpriced. LaBalloons is a FANTASTIC company! You will not be disappointed to purchase from them. They will take any problem and correct it instantly, even at great cost to them. We had a shipping issue for our New Year's Eve balloon drop net, and they were able to re-ship us our product to arrive just in time for our big party. Placed an order over a month ago. The day my package was supposed to be delivered it never came. I contacted UPS and they had no clue of where my package was. Contacted LA and they didn't know either. 4 days later it pops up as delivered. I called them immediately and notified them that I do not have my order at all. The items I ordered was for EASTER. Been sending emails making phone calls and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AT ALL. I was told that they were in contacted with upset and i would here something by April 7th. THEY STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS and never called back once I left my name and number. Will NEVER PLACE AN ORDER HERE AGAIN. And I'm out of $200 in merchandise and had to cancel my Easter orders.

Save yourself some time and headache and order from literally anyone else. I placed my order with 2-3 day shipping and I am on day 5 now. Still no balloons. I called and asked if they would compensate me at all for the delay and they said no because "it's not guaranteed." Pathetic. And I won't even get them in time for my event now...which is TONIGHT... awful service and careless employees.
