The Thermal Labels are much softer than the ones we were using from a different company, so also easier to peel', but they don't seem to work with out thermal printer and jam up the printer when at the end of a reel, rather than alerting us like the other labels we used to buy did?

Unable to process orders correctly. Bad management and prioritisation of tasks. The best part is refusing to send the correct order due to my aggressive behaviour. You haven’t seen me aggressive yet. I’ve started the case with trading standards.
