Brilliant for the kids to let of some steam. Relatively good price for a standard game. Really enjoyed it and great for all the family. Plenty of room throughout the arena. Definitely going again soon.

Grotty, dirty, sticky floor and dared. Not very hygienic. They have spent no money for years and the place is tired, unclean and just all-round looking dull and disgusting. And a smelly linger which is probably for all of the above reasons. Service is ok at best. Needs a serious uplift and refresh.

Ideal place for bowling if you don't want noise and loads of school kids around. Plenty of lanes, good free car park at the back. Register your car or get a fine! Staff were very friendly and helpful and polite to the kids, who loved the atmosphere and food. Ideal alternative to star city to avoid the rush and noise

I recently hosted my son's 9th birthday party here and he really enjoyed the whole experience. ABBY & the team were fantastic super helpful, professional and were great at keeping the kids all together & in the party mode the whole time. The party room was cleaned to good standard for our arrival and accommodated our group of 24. The pizza provided was of a high standard & unlimited squash was provided. I would say the two jugs of squash didn't go around around the whole group of 24 and had to be refilled. When you have 24 red hot, out of breath kids dying for drink it would be better. to have a jug of water and 1 extra of squash really for a party that size you need 4 jugs on the go or bigger jugs other that it was fantastic my son had a blast 😀 👏 thank you laser quest

Do not drop your kid off in the carpark. You will get a large fine. Dropped my son at a party and arrived a tad early so parked and waited for the rest to arrive and he went in. Didn't know I had to put my registration in for just dropping off. Absolute disgrace and I will never again visit or recommend this place. Never arrange a party as parents won't be happy. I have since found our every parent received the same fine To make it worse the parking company issues me the fine letter 15 days later dated which is dated 15 days earlier saying pay within 14 days otherwise they want 170 pound instead of 60 pound. Scum

Visited with the 81st scouts. Kaydee and Izzy were amazingly helpful and supported us leaders above and beyond. Service provided cannot be faulted. Facilities were great with great value for money.

We had our son’s birthday party here and it went great! The staff were super helpful and organised and the kids loved the food. Would definitely recommend.

BE CAREFUL ALL CUSTOMERS DO NOT PARK HERE OR VISIT THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT A PARKING FINE absolutely shameful they send letters out with less than one day to pay instead of the full 14 days as stated in the letter, so they can claw more money out of you with no notices on the car park for customers never again will I be visiting this site and I hope everyone follows suit.
