Fantastic service. Visited the shop on Thursday to get a top to wear with my Sari. Assistant pointed out material for too was on Sari. Two lovely girls who did alterations said they could make me a top to my specification. They did not disappoint. I was so pleased and delighted with my top and alterations to my Sari to make it easy to wear. Thank you so much for quick turnaround I got loads of lovely comments. 💙💙

I recently had a terrible and disappointing experience at Laxmi boutique & collection specially in TAILORING 🤮 and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. My visit to this boutique was a nightmare. I felt frustrated and disrespected😡
When I went there to sew my blouse, they assured me they will sew perfectly but at the end when it was delivered to me I was not even able to fit my one hand (wear it). It din’t fit me. One side of the hand was so tight and the other side was uncomfortable.
Although I had enough time to take my blouse but they forced me for special delivery, they told me it was £10 😳. I even told them to send me in priority delivery (next day delivery) which was only £3.99 but they forcefully asked and took £10 for delivery just for a piece of blouse.
Now I will never trust this boutique again and I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with my experience at Laxmi boutique & collection. I don’t recommend anyone to go to this boutique specially for tailoring. They took me £40 excluding the blouse piece. #moneywaste
Now I don’t know how to wear this blouse, I have to give to other tailoring and redo it again.
Note: I wish to give this boutique -0 stars if I could but the review protocol was to give 1 star which is the minimum.

I was looking for a traditional attire and LBC was recommended by a friend , What a find! Had plenty options , size alteration was done then and there .The price were so reasonable, ended up buying more decor items. Friendly customer service was a top- notch. Nothing was too much to ask for.

Very bad experience,tracking facility is poor,hiding information,no one picking the call ,no way to track the parcels.They are not responding to the WhatsApp message as well as call.They will respond within second if we need to ask something before ordering.
