Went to the Playhouse this evening with my best friend. She treated me to The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe theatre show!
We had an amazing evening! We were in the Quarry Theatre, seats E45 and E46. Fantastic seats with enough legroom and very close to the stage which we loved. The show was wow, the costumes, props, very theatrical. Will definitely be back to watch another show.

Excellent theatre. I have been many times over the years since it opened (and at other venues prior to that!) and have never once been disappointed with the quality of the production. It truly is a local treasure.

It has recently been expanded to include a great café. Staff are really friendly, and make a point of being friendly.

Disabled access once at the venue is excellent.

Toilets are clean and excellent.

I generally drive there, so park at the Victoria Leeds Multistory car park, which is perfect for evening productions, but will be sold out Saturday afternoons and peak Christmas shopping times. There is a bus station literally across the road.

I must restate how great the theatre productions are. It often has locally inspired productions, too, as well as all sorts of community projects going on. It is also just a pleasant place to hang out for a coffee during the day, too.

The team at Leeds Playhouse were exceptional and really went out of their way to look after us and ensure we had the best experience at The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe on Saturday evening. It’s a great theatre with roomy seating and good views of the stage, and the show brought all the magic of Narnia. The perfect family Christmassy treat.

Beautiful play in a well organised theatre. Enough leg room for anyone around six feet tall with unrestricted views. Taller people may struggle.

We enjoyed the Mr Snow performance with our granddaughter and everything was great.
Good show, good seats all the attendant facilities were perfect.

Watched Mr Snow today with my family. The set was impressive. The acting was beautifully performed. I don't know much BSL myself, but I am otherwise disabled, and I very much appreciated that the language was incorporated into the performances. My three year old enjoyed being a penguin and the built-in interaction with the actors.

ETA: We've been home for five hours and aforementioned three year old has been acting out portions of the play on repeat. Lots of polar bears and fish fingers.
